cold flooring faulty thermostat
staff were excellent upon early check-in.
the room lacked warmth for me laminate flooring felt cold i could not adjust the heating thermostat it did not seem to function i found myself rather cold.

cold bathroom street noise
My stay had a couple of drawbacks. The bathroom lacked proper heating. It was quite cold. Street noise was noticeable from my room (especially early in the morning).

low pressure faulty kettle
The location was fine.
I noticed the kettle didn't work. The shower pressure was surprisingly low. It made showering difficult. The general impression was that the room lacked something.
