i found the staff cute and friendly. the breakfast provided was delicious with a wide array of choices. the location by the gentle river added a serene touch to the stay.
i noticed the gate entry system could use better instructions for late arrivals. it created some initial confusion.

friendly staff really good cleanliness luxury touch
the staff were friendly, very attentive, and genuinely kind. i found them concerned about guest needs. the cleanliness of the hotel stood out (especially the room). the hotel provides comfort similar to home with a touch of luxury.
the absence of dinner service at the hotel was a minor inconvenience.

slow breakfast service uncomfortable bed
the staff were friendly and helpful . parking was easy, a plus.
the breakfast service was slow. i had to wait a while to get my order. the room's proximity to a busy road caused noise issues at night, disturbing my sleep, the bed wasn't comfortable either.
