the room, pilgrim king room, was super clean the bathroom was modern. the breakfast included fresh fruit i also had a full english. the grounds were well maintained parking was easy.
the noise from the nearby road was noticeable i heard it late at night. the towels felt thin they were not plush. i couldn't find any extra pillows in the room i had to request them.

the phoenix room was excellent. i had a very lovely meal . breakfast was great with many options. the staff were fantastic and a credit to the hotel.
the room above made noise. i could hear the water running from their shower. soundproofing was not great in my room.

the breakfast included good choices. korean bbq chicken wings and fish and chips are available. the restaurant provide a range of delicious options on the menu for all tastes.

the bathroom was gorgeous. the rooms featured christmas decor and furniture. i found that the cleanliness was really good throughout the hotel, really contributing to a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

the staff are well trained in customer care. they are attentive and friendly. i noticed they were accommodating when i arrived late and allowed me take a drink to my room.

stand alone bathdelicious food
the bathroom was extra. i liked the walk in shower it has and a stand alone bath was a bonus. food was delicious and well presented too.
the room felt cold, this was external to the hotel.
