excellent stay!
supportive staff early check-in comfortable bed
the staff was supportive upon my arrival. i checked in before the official time, around 12pm, because i needed to continue my trip. the room matched the pictures from the website exactly. the bed provided amazing comfort and the room size was great.
the room had a connecting door to the adjacent room, though it was locked. this impacted soundproofing and i was woken up multiple times each night. the occupant of the next room screamed one night, disruptive.

fantastic stay
spacious room helpful staff extended parking
the room was spacious and clean. i appreciated the fan provided to manage the temperature. staff allowed me to use the car park for several hours even after checkout, very helpful.
i noticed the room's bathroom looked a bit old and could use some updates. there was a small crack in the sink

carpet stains confusing controls
The barrage of emails started well in advance. They tried to get me to upgrade almost everything. I was told I was "running out of time" to check in online, but the benefit was unclear. The hotel seems more focused on upselling than on maintaining the hotel. Carpet stains and other signs of wear were visible. Many lights in my room did not work. The controls were confusing. I consider it a poor value.

fantastic hotel stay!
spacious room enormous bed rewarding view
the room was big and spacious and the bed was enormous. the view was rewarding since we were overlooking the road and the trees i was really happy with it
i found several long hairs in different locations so the room service could be improved

The rooms felt spacious. i had no issues storing my luggage and travel items. the bed was very comfortable. i could retrieve anything from reception quickly. Minor issues were sorted promptly.
