fantastic stay

the room was spacious and clean. i appreciated the fan provided to manage the temperature. staff allowed me to use the car park for several hours even after checkout, very helpful.
i noticed the room's bathroom looked a bit old and could use some updates. there was a small crack in the sink

The barrage of emails started well in advance. They tried to get me to upgrade almost everything. I was told I was "running out of time" to check in online, but the benefit was unclear. The hotel seems more focused on upselling than on maintaining the hotel. Carpet stains and other signs of wear were visible. Many lights in my room did not work. The controls were confusing. I consider it a poor value.

the room was big and spacious and the bed was enormous. the view was rewarding since we were overlooking the road and the trees i was really happy with it
i found several long hairs in different locations so the room service could be improved
