some issues
dirty bathroombroken coffee maker
the room felt a bit neglected . the bathroom wasn't cleaned thoroughly one day the shower door had a noticeable leak. also, the coffee maker in the room was broken and i never got a replacement

The level of noise was unacceptable. I experienced persistent noise throughout the night. It prevented sleep for two consecutive nights. This affected my assessment of comfort negatively, but it was not related to the hotel's general comfort but rather to external sound conditions in the room. the shower door did not fully close, a point the hotel should consider.

Wonderful Stay!

I loved the well-equipped rooms. The bathroom had a spacious design and offered modern fixtures. Breakfast was plentiful and featured tasty Portuguese dishes. The hotel's waterfront location made it easy to reach the main attractions (so convenient!).
The hotel didn't mention beforehand that the rooftop pool and outdoor bar were closed. I visited in warm weather so sitting outside would have been nice. I'm not sure why these areas were unavailable.

The hotel's location near the river allows easy access into the city. Tram and bus stops are also close. This setup simplifies exploring the city. It is convenient for transportation and sightseeing.
