i found our beautiful double room city view to be impeccably clean. the views were fine, especially at sunset, a perfect backdrop for romantic moments. the location was very nice, a short walk to key attractions, so convenient for exploring together.
i thought the extra charge for spa access seemed a bit much, especially with other lovely amenities included.

great stay in a prime location

I appreciated the superb location. All main sights were within a short walk. my room in the upper part of the hotel was quiet. i admired the great view of the cathedral. the front desk helped me book my six bridges tour on the water.
upon check-in the receptionist informed me that i had a complimentary massage. later another receptionist told me that this was not the case. i tried explaining that her colleague confirmed this twice. however she kept saying that it must have been a misunderstanding but i had to pay.

the staff were very friendly and helpful. the front desk assisted with dinner and taxi reservations. i found the reception staff very kind and professional .
