The rooms are spacious and clean. i loved the firm beds and comfy pillows i found in my room. the breakfast was good. I enjoyed the freshly baked cakes and pastries.
the walls seemed thin, and i could hear noises from surrounding rooms, including hallway sounds.

the staff was efficient, always ready to assist with any requests, and consistently provided quick help. reception staff was very friendly to all guests, ensuring a cute environment. i had a great time, and I'm so excited to return.

the room included a large desk, perfect for business use, coupled with reliable, quick wifi, i am happy with that. the presence of big curtains effectively shut out all light, amazing. a refrigerator and coffee making equipment made things very convenient for me.

this location is superb, it's very near the amazing mercato bom sucesso food hall, i loved it. a convenient taxi rank and bus station are right outside, it was so easy to move around. casa da musica metro station is also only a short walk away, fantastic.

the breakfast buffet offered plenty of food choices, including fresh orange juice and a coffee machine, i got my caffeine fix. the hotel provided a safe in the room, it was quite large, very useful. carpeted corridors reduced noise, ensuring a nothing noisy.

poor soundproofinglimited options
the soundproofing proved INADEQUATE. Noise from adjacent rooms was a constant disturbance. i could hear conversations and other activities. i found the breakfast options quite limited.
