comfy bed bottled water extra fee breakfast variety
The bed was super comfy, I slept like a log. Slippers and bathrobes were provided! Free bottled water was also provided daily, it was a nice touch.
I was surprised about the extra fee for the pool. I think it should be included! The breakfast lacked variety. I would have liked more options.

wonderful stay in a beautiful hotel
helpful staff high standard breakfast nice bathroom excellent service
i found the staff at the main door helpful with our suitcases. breakfast had a high standard and variety. the bathroom area was also very nice. the staff provided excellent service.
the hotel restaurant can seem a bit exclusive because other options are a short walk away.

The spa features a jacuzzi and a pool. Every space has a beautiful and harmonious design. the gym has modern equipment. the hotel offers convenient access to metro station francos.

the room included a spacious layout and a super clean, comfortable bed. there were pristine, white linens. the bathroom had a modern design and premium fixtures.

the staff was polite, amiable, and courteous throughout my stay. the check-in was seamless and quick. the concierge assisted me with any requests i had . the porters gave us excellent service!!!

the location is well situated between the airport and the central area. it is near metro station. the hotel is also a short taxi ride away from the city center.

modern equipment stationary bikes wide selection
The hotel gym has modern equipment. I saw three treadmills. There were also two stationary bikes. Breakfast was excellent. I enjoyed the wide selection of foods available! The bathroom was spacious. I had no problem moving around.
The minibar in the room was not working properly.
