EXCELLENT Location and QUIRKY Charm!
good coffee nice toiletries bluetooth speaker
The hotel's proximity to the train station made arrival simple. I appreciated the excellent breakfast. The coffee was particularly good! The room included nice toiletries and a DAB radio that doubled as a bluetooth speaker.

Adequate Stay Near the Station
pub noise lack of elevator
The location was indeed very convenient, right by Paddington Station.
The noise from the pub below was quite noticeable at night, even with earplugs. It disrupted my sleep. I also found the lack of elevator inconvenient, especially with luggage.

LOCATION! LOCATION!
great location helpful staff close train station
the location IS really good! i arrived from heathrow using the heathrow express and it was SO easy. the staff helped me A lot with my heavy suitcase up those stairs. i REALLY appreciate how close it is to the train station too!
the noise from the trains AT night bothered me a LITTLE. the air conditioning in my room was acting Up and IT got pretty warm.

the restaurant provided diverse choices, and the food tasted very good. i saw many guests ordering various meals. the dining area looked tidy, and the staff members looked efficient when they were serving.

my room contained a supremely comfortable bed and nice decorations. it included A super clean bathroom with new fixtures. the room also had ample space for storing my luggage, which i really appreciated.

the staff was friendly and ready to assist with requests. i needed help with directions AND they immediately offered assistance. they provided baggage safekeeping because i wanted to visit other places.
