a superb riverside retreat

The location next to the canal was a great feature! outdoor seating provided a great spot in the sunshine. the staff members were friendly, and the food was amazing. I tried the cheesecake.

the location was perfect the staff were friendly i found easy parking i thought the room was immaculate i also appreciated the modern bathroom the shower had great power i used the coffee machine it was a nice touch there were biscuits available the building for accommodation sits within the grounds.

the hot water was hot a sign advising caution might prevent scalding i think.

the room was immaculate the bed and pillows were comfortable big fluffy white towels were provided a kettle and a coffee machine were in the room the room also had an iron and ironing board plus a fan.

i found a good amount of people eating and drinking breakfast was freshly prepared for each person i appreciated that i did not have to queue at a buffet the food was amazing overall.

the outside area was lovely for a drink in sunshine the canal runs past the garden at the rear guests can sit with coffee and watch boats cyclists and dog walkers pass there was ample parking space.

the location is right next to the canal i enjoyed the beautiful scenery the hotel is situated in grounds i appreciated the peacefulness it was easy to access the surrounding area.

the staff were friendly at the pub the breakfast service was excellent the staff were cheerful even under pressure i found them helpful and professional i am thankful for their service.
