the staff was friendly and helpful. i appreciated the prompt delivery of an iron and ironing board to my room. the setting felt peaceful, next to a waterfall (it really was a bonus).
The evening food menu had limited options. i noticed it favored beef dishes. breakfast service was inconsistent. The eggs were overdone one day. refilling certain items seemed slow too.

lovely experience
helpful team excellent food delicious aperol
i appreciated the team, they were very helpful and knowledgeable. the food offered was excellent. the young barman made a super aperol spritz i really enjoyed!
charging for parking in addition to the cost of the rooms was tacky!

the hotel featured great facilities. there are lounges and a bar available. the gardens are well maintained and perfect for a relaxing stroll. the location was perfect!

the staff was amazing. everyone was great and attentive. nothing was too much trouble for them. they always greeted me with a smile and were quick to assist with any request.

the room was very comfy and tidy. the room was well appointed with fresh linens. the bathroom was super clean and well stocked with toiletries. i found the bed supportive and i slept well.

Don't miss Sunday lunch! The three courses available from an extensive menu tasted delicious. The meal sizes were very generous! The lovely light restaurant was successful with lots of other diners.
