the room was clean and the staff at the front desk was helpful.
The gym was a real letdown. One of the treadmills was out of order and the equipment was generally old (it reminded me of stepping back into the 90s).

the staff was lovely. annette, caitlin, mel, monica, laura, and ellen always welcomed me with a smile upon arrival. georgia, terri, richard, grace, princess, lauren, lucy, lily, chloe, megan, and maddison served drinks and food with a hello. this.
The welcome was non-existent. I reminded me of i interrupted the receptionist. check-in was completed with no information, i didn't receive restaurant information, or breakfast instructions. when i inquired about breakfast, it was vaguely pointed out to me.

the room was spacious with a big tv and comfortable bed my dogs were accommodated well with beds and treats upon arrival breakfast offered a decent selection the staff was very helpful in settling us in. i appreciated that the hotel was accommodating to pets and made an effort to ensure their comfort. the large room size also contributed to a more relaxed stay and the tv was great.
the lack of available amenities for dogs within the hotel meant we were limited to a small area near the entrance.

the staff was attentive to my needs they provided prompt assistance upon request the service at breakfast was efficient i found the staff to be professional and courteous throughout my stay.

the hotel offers good accessibility to nearby areas it is conveniently located near major roads there is ample parking available on site i noticed the hotel is situated in a relatively quiet area which ensured a peaceful stay.

The food was nice. The allocation of my room was considerate because it was nice and quiet, away from an event that was happening. I appreciated the quiet location .
The accessible bathroom requires a higher toilet seat. The shower drainage was not effective and the floor flooded. I think the shower area needs a deep clean. The breakfast offering was also not good.
