the back garden was peaceful and great. i could easily walk to the Common and the university. the manager was friendly and cute. breakfast included a generous full English.
The car parking was super busy upon arrival. I had to drop my husband off before he drove to an off-site location to park

the staff was very friendly. i found the receptionist happy to book a taxi to the cruise port. breakfast included lots of choice. it was very good value.
i found the parking situation ridiculous. there was no clear guidance on where to park, and there were no marked spaces. cars were double parked making it hard to manoeuvre in and out. there were also stains on the tv.
