parking fee bad customer service
The parking fee was like a ripoff since I already paid a lot for the room. The air conditioning made a noise throughout the night. The noise really bothered me. I also found the customer service to be very bad.

I was impressed with the attentiveness of the staff . siu wan at the front desk provided very professional service, accommodating a special request i had made. the breakfast service maintained a high standard. the hotel is indeed a peaceful hotel. I love that.
i noticed the parking required an additional fee for overnight guests, a slight inconvenience, especially considering the overall cost of the stay. it's a minor detail, but worth noting for future planning.

The reception desk operated efficiently, and the staff provided helpful assistance. They answered my questions clearly. i noted a warm and courteous approach from the staff at breakfast. issey, in the restaurant, was very chatty and helpful too.

the beautiful king room i occupied was clean, spacious, and well-kept. black out curtains ensured restful sleep. the room had a lovely view, and the upgrade i received was a pleasant surprise i appreciated.

Very comfy and tidy Stay!
clean room comfortable bed friendly staff
The room was clean and the bed was comfortable! The shower was a real highlight, very modern and easy to use. The staff were friendly and quick to help with any questions. Free parking was available for all guests, very convenient.
The location was a bit isolated. There were few walkable options for dining or entertainment, though a short drive solved this.

good selection top quality poor quality thin quilt
my room, a superior king room, were quite spacious. i really liked how the breakfast had a very good selection of top quality food, really enjoyed it.
the quilt and pillows feels of a poor quality. they were too thin, especially for this time of year. my room overlooked the corrugated roof, which wasnt ideal.
