adequate, but some issues
dated decor drafty room
the room decor felt quite old fashioned. it certainly did not resemble the photos online. also, i really didn't like that the wind whistled through the window sills. it made the room rather drafty, even with the heating on. it felt substandard.

helpful staff comfy beds
I found the staff very helpful when i needed to rearrange my dates. the beds were also nice and comfy and i got restful sleep. the location near the sea front and pier was very convenient. free parking was available on site. That was a great convenience.
i noticed some wind coming through the window sills in my room. this could be addressed to improve comfort.

varied option lovely bar
The breakfast had lots of options suitable for all diets. It was a real delight! the bar area was lovely, perfect for pre-dinner drinks before heading to the sister hotel for a meal.
Carrying my pushchair up the stairs wasn't fun. The lift wasn't big enough.
