ACCEPTABLE but needs improvements

good beerdirty bathroomdirty towels
The room was nicely appointed. The pub offered an excellent choice of draft beer.
the room was grubby. dust and dirt were apparent, particularly in the bathroom, i EXPECTED better cleanliness. The room was not serviced daily, so dirty towels had to be used again.

lukewarm waterbroken sensor
I found the water temperature quite lacking one evening. It barely reached lukewarm. i expected better after a long day. furthermore, the sensor light outside my room door was broken. This made unlocking the door at night more difficult. these details matter, and their oversight reflects poorly on the hotel's maintenance.
