Eric and the team gave a warm welcome! the location offered easy access to nearby attractions. i enjoyed the breakfast. It featured a superb full english. the staff was polite and helpful.
the decor felt a bit dated! a trouser press added to the 70s vibe. the shower pressure was weak. i found that the king bed was two singles pushed together.

The staff was friendly and provided robes (fancy!).
The room had some issues. The carpet had multiple stains, and there was a cigarette burn. The cleaning was subpar, especially along the skirting board. (It really made me wonder what else wasn't cleaned properly).

The breakfast was very good. Food quality was excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They really could not have been more helpful to me.
The room needed an upgrade. The single mattress was lumpy. The chair was a worn out dining chair. The kettle would not fit under the tap once.

I enjoyed easy parking. The staff was friendly, kind, and very helpful to me. I liked mini eggs I got when I went down for tea on Easter weekend.
Extract fan in my bathroom was broke. It stayed on all night and was very loud.

the staff was very cute upon arrival. i arrived late, but i was still offered a sandwich. breakfast included well-cooked food and arrived quickly after pre-ordering. the food at dinner and breakfast were excellent, with a varied menu.
The room needs an upgrade. I noticed worn furniture. the chair was an upright dining chair. a packet of biscuits would have been nice. there were extra steps with no handrail.

the staff were friendly.
the room decor seemed quite dated , giving off a 70s vibe , and there was even a trouser press. the hot tap sputtered significantly, and the shower pressure was weak at best. i found that the king bed , for which i paid extra , was actually two single beds pushed together , with a noticeable gap.
