pleasant stay
excellent staff perfect location tasty breakfast
the staff was excellent. location was perfect. my room overlooked the castle and high street. the hotel provided a very tasty breakfast each morning.
i only had paper cups for hot drinks in my room. this was a minor inconvenience, but real mugs would improve the experience.

the location is central. it looks down on the yarn market. the room was clean and included tea and coffee making facilities. all staff were really friendly.
i only had paper cups for hot drinks. there was only one toilet roll on the holder. i didn't realize there was only one until i ran out.

paper cups lukewarm shower
The room felt a bit outdated. i didn't like that there were only paper cups provided (i really prefer proper mugs). also, the shower wasn't as warm as i hoped for. It was a bit lukewarm. i wish the hotel would invest in some upgrades to match the prices.

clean room tea facility coffee facility uncomfortable mattress no phone poor signal
i found the room clean and it had tea and coffee facilities. the breakfast included both continental and cooked options which i thought was great. all the staff were very friendly and helpful i really enjoyed my stay
the mattress was not comfortable it affected my sleep. there was no phone in the room there was also no signal on my mobile. i was not aware i could go downstairs and use the phone in reception

helpful staff clean space four-poster bed reasonable price
I found the staff quite helpful. They assisted with parking and luggage. The room featured a clean space and a four-poster bed. Breakfast included tasty mushrooms and scrambled eggs. Packed lunches were available for a reasonable price.
I noticed only paper cups were available for hot drinks.
