beautiful roomcomfortable bed
the room was beautiful.. very well laid out and the bed was so comfortable. the bathroom was lovely with the added bonus of handmade soap company products.
parking was not ideal and spaces were limited.

faulty taplimited parking
the tap in the shower proved difficult to manage, needing some repair. also, the absence of a mirror near the hairdryer plug created inconvenience. i feel these details could enhance guest convenience. the limited parking options also presented a challenge.

The room had a great location in the town center. easy parking was available, a really great advantage. the room finishes seemed to a high standard. It was like a luxury stay. the temperature was great inside.
The toilet did not look clean on arrival. I noticed some excrement on the bowl.

the staff was helpful, especially lending cutlery when our takeout lacked it. rachel was helpful and did everything possible when we had a query. staff in the bar were friendly.

the location of the bar and restaurant is especially handy. food is delicious, especially the chicken wings. it is above cunningham's bar and restaurant, so food and drinks were readily available.

The room decoration was excellent. The bed was very comfortable? The staff were very friendly and helpful at the bar.
Wifi was poor. Another guest experienced the same issue. There was no mirror by the hairdryer plug.
