an ok stay, nothing to write home about
ok locationoutdated roomexcessive noise
the location was ok. the gardens exist, so that's something.
the room felt pretty outdated, i'm pretty sure my grandma had the same carpet. plus, the noise! i heard everything the neighbors were saying, and i mean everything. and dont even get me started on the breakfast, lets just say i've had better at a roadside diner.

professional staffchristmas decoration
the staff were highly professional. the breakfast had everything you could hope for from continental to irish. it was christmas time so the hotel was decorated with taste. i would definitely consider a return visit!

wonderful family stay

the family room was very spacious. the bathroom was very clean. the staff was excellent, especially amy at reception. dinner at the dinner dance featured excellent food and great entertainment.
the hot rooms need addressing. air conditioning is expensive. staying in a hot, stuffy room is uncomfortable. i will not return unless this issue is fixed.

the staff displayed really good friendliness and helpfulness. their cute attitude included small, thoughtful touches. breakfast and dinner service were both delicious with attentive staff.
