The room decor was very stylish and fresh. I found everything presented beautifully. The minibar had complimentary drinks and snacks, a feature i appreciated. The shower had excellent water pressure.. it was very refreshing after a long day of exploring.

I did find the lighting system a bit confusing initially.

The bar staff on the 6th floor were cold and rude, they didn't even bother saying hello after the second day. On one occasion, i had a mini packet of popcorn and a staff member told me eating on the decking was forbidden? the hotel was too dark. I prefer natural light, and the entrance and reception area were very dark.

the room had a spacious design with a beautiful interior. i appreciated the huge bathtub. check-in was easy, and the staff were helpful, guiding me efficiently. breakfast was tasty, and the ample parking space with easy navigation made coming and going simple.

the gym could use a few more machines, as it felt a little limited.
