fantastic hotel, a few minor hiccups

my room was spacious, around 40m2, and clean. it had every facility i could imagine including a sofa and silent air conditioning. the free minibar with water was also very generous and much appreciated due to the warm temperatures.
i found the breakfast experience a bit chaotic. there was a long queue to get a table, and the tables were quite close together. the western food options were also limited, and decent coffee was nonexistent, so i went to a cafe nearby instead.

My beautiful king room included a sofa. the ultra silent air conditioning maintained a comfortable temperature. i also appreciated the tasteful decor and the great tv with movies. I had a very good rest.

the gym is one of the best i have seen in a hotel. it has machines, free weights, and several treadmills. the infinity swimming pool is a great size for swimming and lounging, and the spa is also excellent.

the hotel is conveniently located near many attractions. the petronas towers and several shopping areas are within a 10-15 minute walk. getting around was quite easy.

My room offered a superb view of the city skyline. It was captivating. The hotel's infinity pool provided a refreshing escape. The Sky51 bar on the rooftop offered an lovely experience. I found the hotel staff consistently helpful and attentive .
I had a minor issue with a slight delay during check-in. (It was quickly resolved though.)

mixed experience at eq

slow servicebroken cables
The breakfast wasn't great. I expected more for the price. they took a very long time to serve a simple order by the pool. It was over an hour for a sandwich and some scrambled eggs. also, for rooms costing so much per night, i was surprised netflix wasn't available on the tv. We bought cables that didn't even work, it's these little things that make a big difference.
