the location was great! it was close to many good restaurants. the pool was nice, it was lovely. the sky bar had city views.
the breakfast area felt crowded. some food items were not refilled i noticed. the staff said some items finished early at 9am. breakfast time was until 10.30 though.

The staff was grateful and polite, a HUGE plus. I also found the location very convenient, close to several malls. I liked the reception area, it was spacious and decorated with orchids.
The gym was tiny. It only had one bench. The breakfast area was also TINY. It was easy to bump into people who dropped drinks there. Wifi was terrible throughout my stay. My laptop never connected.

The breakfast had fairly limited options. I really found that disappointing. The pool area also had too few loungers to relax on. My room's cleanliness suffered as well. I noticed my belongings were touched, which I did not appreciate.

i found this hotel really good. staff were lovely and cute. breakfast offered variety. the rooftop pool had nice views of the city.
i noticed a distinct smell in the room, and it was not resolved .

the rooftop pool was quite clean. i also found the water dispenser to be useful. it was easy to grab water after exercising, and it was free. breakfast provided many choices.
