The room included a coffee maker and daily replenishment of four water bottles. The location offered direct access to a shopping center, a great convenience. I found the staff friendly and ready to assist with my questions.
I found that the thermostat in my room had some issues. It seemed to produce cold air even when set to a higher temperature. The engineering team addressed the problem, but the initial response felt dismissive.
