The breakfast buffet included western food and Balinese dishes. The staff members were attentive and helpful from arrival. The beachfront hotel across the street had a restaurant and pool with a bar. The hotel also featured nightly events..
The hotel did not look like the photos. It seemed run down. I also noticed the sea was not swimmable near the hotel. There was a free shuttle to another beach at specific times.

helpful staff tasty buffet convenient access easy shuttle
The staff always helped me with everything. The breakfast buffet featured many tasty options. Access to the beach was very convenient. I really liked how the shuttle busses made it so easy to go to Bali Collection for shopping.
The gym only has limited equipment.

splendid stay
prompt attention excellent design large pool family suite
i loved the prompt attention from the staff the hotel grounds presented excellent design plus styling. the pool impressed me with its large size. our family suite had ample space also good equipment.
some room furniture showed significant wear i think more detailed maintenance might improve those parts.

my suite featured crisp linens and fresh towels it also contained bottled water along with international power outlets. the room design added to the convenience of the stay it had everything i needed.

the beach had a range of watersports available for everyone. the pool areas had an abundance of loungers and umbrellas provided for relaxation. water sports were easy to access.

breakfast included western and balinese options. i found fresh juices and pastries present during the breakfast. there were fresh local dishes for every taste i enjoyed the options.

floating bar breakfast buffet lounge area understaffed housekeeping small spaghetti portion multiple reminders
the pools had convenient floating bars. the breakfast buffet offered many choices. it accommodated various dietary preferences (i found vegetarian options). the hotel also arranged a late checkout, and i was able to relax in the lounge area until my departure (my flight was in the evening).
housekeeping was understaffed, and requests needed multiple reminders. instructions given over the phone seemed to be forgotten quickly (it was a bit frustrating). the spaghetti portion size in the restaurant was quite small. the noodles seemed smaller than standard size, even for an adult portion.

I found everything clean. The pool bar was great, I enjoyed it. The breakfast buffet contained a wide array of options. Everyday, cleaning included arranging my daughter's stuffed toys and decorative towel arrangements.
