The hotel is conveniently connected to the bts station. This made travel easy. the hot water was very hot and the water pressure was good. i found this helpful after long days.
the front desk was difficult to reach by phone. i tried calling multiple times but struggled to get through. the room i was in had a slightly musty smell. it seemed like it had not been aired out properly.

The location near the BTS was great (i walked everywhere!).
The check-in process WASN'T smooth. The receptionist seemed disorganized. It took a while. bar prices were high. I thought the cocktails were expensive.

The location provided easy access from the train station a short walk down the stairs led directly into the building breakfast was also excellent
The room I was given smelled strongly of damp and musty conditions I requested a different room as a result it was impossible to ignore the unpleasant odor and the overall unclean feeling

amazing hotel, location is supreme!!!

The hotel is right next to the sky train. This made getting around SO easy!!! the room size was really good too. breakfast was awesome, a great start to my day. i loved the little extras. They showed real care.

The staff helped a lot. Nuntapong got us rooms on the same floor, it was great!!! kiattisak helped with luggage, very friendly. phawinee assisted when i lost medicines.

The executive double room was clean and spacious. the bed was excellent. I slept so well!!! the room included nice little extras. I especially liked having toothbrushes and toothpaste provided.
