The staff worked hard since I got there. Kamon at the front desk was polite and efficient. The hotel location has a convenient area with walkable outside cafes and restaurants.
Check-in seemed complex and slow. I showed email correspondence and receipts to prove prepayment and it should have been registered in their system. It took over 30 minutes which I did not expect for this level of hotel.

the location was convenient with proximity to shops. the staff were helpful and happy. i found the breakfast each morning to be quite lovely, a very nice addition.
The check-in process was longer than i expected. my key card didn't work initially. It caused a delay. i noticed a slight musty smell in the room which wasn't really pleasant.

The hotel had really quick check-in. i loved the pool and the bar was excellent! seeing the city was easy from here. i've stayed multiple times because i really enjoy it. the staff were very helpful, especially at the sky club. Punch, bambi, and bowling. laundry was included and that was a big plus.
it sometimes took a while to get to the lobby.

the hotel includes a sky lounge. there is a pool on the m floor. the gym has modern equipment, i saw several treadmills. a tuk tuk service operated every two hours. i thought the sky lounge was a unique feature.

The hotel has a sky club where happy hour lasts two hours. the happy hour includes free snacks and drinks. I found this very tempting. the breakfast was wholesome, it always felt very welcomed. the variety was also excellent. I loved the bacon and eggs.

rooms come equipped with high-quality linen. air conditioning is available in each room. rooms also have cable tv. my room was super clean, spacious, and comfortable. the room included comfortable beds.

the hotel's location is near good bars and restaurants. the hotel is located at the end of a busy soi. i liked that the hotel was slightly removed from the main area. the hotel is a convenient distance from nana and asok stations
