I found my stay quite wonderful with a staff that was consistently polite. the mattress was comfortable. I was able to enjoy a restful sleep. there was a variety of restaurants nearby, i easily accessed many dining options. housekeeping by shakoor was excellent throughout my visit, i was happy with the consistent care.
upon checking in, i was informed that the available room was on the smoking floor, though i booked months beforehand. the smoke odor was strong, i found it unpleasant. i think confirmed bookings should be honored properly.

The hotel offered a prime location. It's right next to the main highway. Inside, I couldn't hear the traffic at all. The hotel is just outside the downtown area. Shops are still close enough.

Breakfast included a great variety of options. The restaurant staff were attentive and friendly. Cleanliness inside the kitchen was also visible during breakfast service. I found this reassuring.

The hotel's proximity to La Perle allowed us to walk back after the show. The location is advantageous. It allows easy access to nearby attractions and dining venues. This was quite convenient.

The concierge staff was friendly and helpful. Front desk staff provided excellent advice. Room attendants ensured the room was clean and tidy. This attentive service was consistent.

The room featured his and hers sinks. A separate bathroom and toilet were useful. I also enjoyed the live harp music in the lobby. It was nice. The bedding felt very luxurious.

the room was spacious , clean , and well decorated.
i wasn't a fan of the location as there was very little near the hotel. everything required a cab or uber ride. the breakfast was also lacking compared to other hotels i have visited.

the habtoor palace was fabulous. i really enjoyed the attentive breakfast staff. every staff member gave such attention to detail in running the hotel..
The room had a smoking smell, which wasn't great. we asked for christmas decorations. We were assured it was no problem, but nothing arrived. at the egg station i asked for no onion due to an allergy, i received my omelette with small diced onions..
