solid stay with friendly faces
warm drink executive lounge valued stay warm welcome
the staff was genuinely helpful. i received a warm welcome drink upon arrival, a nice touch. my upgraded room included access to the executive lounge. it, with attention to detail.
the dj played music that did not quite fit the venue, it was a bit too loud in the early evening.

The infinity pool is on the 46th floor and has great views. It overlooks the city skyline! a metro station is within walking distance of the hotel, around ten minutes.

The shamiana restaurant offers quality food, i was welcomed by ms. fiza. priyanka in particular provided excellent service. Her personal touch added to my experience. the breakfast options include made-to-order dishes such as aloo paronthas.

The staff was very polite! mr gaurav from reception gave useful information about the area. ujjwal served coffee in the lounge. He was very attentive. sandeep and jasmine provided quick in-room dining service.

infinity pool indian food nice location
The infinity swimming pool on the 46th floor is really amazing (i spent most of my time there!). rooms are excellent and food is excellent too, especially for those who love indian cuisine. the location is also nice. It is a very nice hotel overall.

loud music slow service
the hotel location seemed pretty convenient. it was acceptable.
the rooftop bar was a bit of a letdown. the music was way too loud for 7 pm, it reminded me of a nightclub. also, the service was seriously slow, so slow i had to go get my own water from the bar. ridiculous.

the club lounge was great. i really appreciated the helpfulness of mr suraj and his team, ashu khosla, drishtee, monika, and ashish. the breakfast options were good and harman at shamiana was always helpful. i found the metro station to be a short walk.
the music by the dj at the pool was too loud for conversations in the evening.

Adhiraj thakur at reception provided excellent service . monika, the duty manager, was helpful and knowledgeable. joy in the club lounge was enthusiastic and dedicated. He ensured guest satisfaction.

inaccurate service loud music
The poolside reception was not cute (felt quite dismissive, actually). they claimed to be fully booked, yet many tables remained empty all night. service was slow, almost nonexistent. the dj played loud rave music at 7 pm. It didn't fit the atmosphere at all and a lot of guests moved to other locations.

A Generally Positive Experience
helpful staff clean room limited breakfast dry food
The staff at the front desk was super helpful with all requests I had. They gave me early check-in immediately upon my arrival. the room on the 13th floor was very clean. It was super clean and equipped with everything I needed. The bathroom was nice with a great layout.
There was no access to Netflix and Chromecast wasn't working correctly. The breakfast was limited, and some food items were dry. I found this disappointing, especially given the overall quality of the hotel.
