the hotel location seemed pretty convenient. it was acceptable.
the rooftop bar was a bit of a letdown. the music was way too loud for 7 pm, it reminded me of a nightclub. also, the service was seriously slow, so slow i had to go get my own water from the bar. ridiculous.

the club lounge was great. i really appreciated the helpfulness of mr suraj and his team, ashu khosla, drishtee, monika, and ashish. the breakfast options were good and harman at shamiana was always helpful. i found the metro station to be a short walk.
the music by the dj at the pool was too loud for conversations in the evening.

Adhiraj thakur at reception provided excellent service . monika, the duty manager, was helpful and knowledgeable. joy in the club lounge was enthusiastic and dedicated. He ensured guest satisfaction.

The poolside reception was not cute (felt quite dismissive, actually). they claimed to be fully booked, yet many tables remained empty all night. service was slow, almost nonexistent. the dj played loud rave music at 7 pm. It didn't fit the atmosphere at all and a lot of guests moved to other locations.

The staff at the front desk was super helpful with all requests I had. They gave me early check-in immediately upon my arrival. the room on the 13th floor was very clean. It was super clean and equipped with everything I needed. The bathroom was nice with a great layout.
There was no access to Netflix and Chromecast wasn't working correctly. The breakfast was limited, and some food items were dry. I found this disappointing, especially given the overall quality of the hotel.
