air conditioning absencehosing schedule
the gym was a letdown. there was no air conditioning, and the temperature was almost 27 degrees in the morning!!! it was like the heating was on, even though it was cooler outside. the pool was also a bit of a hassle. staff cordoned off the area to hose down the floor until 11:00 am. this happened for four days of my stay.

The room was very spacious and it offered a fine ocean view right from its window. The outdoor saltwater pool had a very comfortable temperature. A warm indoor pool is also available inside the hotel and this is ideal for children. The hotel offers a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.
The gym had no air conditioning and it made exercising uncomfortable

The breakfast selection was varied and delicious with many options. The hotel offers excellent drinks for those who choose the all-inclusive option. The pool bar serves excellent a la carte food daily.

The hotel is located near the promenade and offers a flat walk in either direction. A swimming area is close by with snorkeling equipment rental services available. Parking was easy around the hotel with a rented car. The hotel has an E-car charger point.

The staff was friendly and helpful all the time. Guests are ushered to have a meal before closing. I must thank Joao who runs the restaurant. Carolina and Eak at the pool bar.
