Decent stay. Some issues with service

the room was clean, WHICH i appreciated.
The service was slow at times. I waited almost 30 minutes at the lobby bar to get served one evening. the breakfast setup felt chaotic, with long queues. many of the food dishes were empty. It looked like they were waiting to be replenished, frustrating.

The breakfast staff were really good. One person acknowledged it was my birthday and brought a glass of sparkling wine (a lovely touch!). Cleanliness and fresh fruit in the room were a bonus.
I found the levels of service surprisingly poor. I waited nearly 40 minutes in the lobby bar to get served and experienced similar delays at the sky bar (it was disappointing). Many of the drinks options on the menu were unavailable.

i appreciated the spaciousness of the rooms and the lovely view. the swimming pool was huge, and there were multiple restaurants on site. the breakfast had an amazing variety of food, something for everyone.
I was asked to leave a 200-euro deposit. It's been two weeks since checking out, and i haven't received it back. the hotel has not responded to my emails regarding this.

the location allowed easy walks to all areas. there were also bus stops right outside. the hotel was kept very clean throughout and it had appealing bar areas.
i wasn't told initially that the room card needed to be held against the scanner until a green light looked. this caused confusion in the elevator
