the owner showed me to my room and told me about breakfast times. my room had a separate toilet and shower, and it all worked well. breakfast included cereal, a full english, toast, and fresh orange juice, i liked the dining area, and i used the microwave.
the sink in my room drained slowly.

The hotel breakfast was excellent. I really enjoyed the full English. I also found free parking easily on the street. It was really handy, and I appreciated that a lot.
The rooms lacked good soundproofing. the shower had inconsistent temperature and pressure. It made showering a little tricky.

Jim was a great host. He explained everything upon arrival, including parking. he also. the breakfast was plentiful and varied. jim made sure we had all we needed and even fussed over our dog.
i found that the rooms could use a bit more soundproofing, as i could hear some noise from other areas.

the hotel is well-placed for beach walks. westbrook bay beach is just a two-minute walk away. margate's main sands beach is about a ten-minute walk. this is a very lovely walk indeed.

The host was very courteous. He helped us with a drop to Botany Bay at check out. The facilities were clean. I found the breakfast enjoyable with options of a full English or continental style.
