The building had high cleanliness standards, which i appreciated. the bed was comfortable. i found the virtual key system efficient. The replies to messages were prompt. the location was convenient as the train station was only minutes away by foot.

I noticed a soundproofing issue. I could sometimes hear noise from other guests.

Wonderful Room Near the Park

the location was ideal. it was a short distance into the wonderful shopping area. i messaged the owners with few questions and responses were quick. the room was beautiful with nice decor. it was immaculate and comfortable. the bed was very comfy. the facilities in the room were great. there was a casual kitchen area which was handy. the staff communicated with us via their chat quickly and were lovely and polite.

i found very little sound insulation between properties. noise from adjoining rooms could be heard clearly at times. this was unwelcome.

I found the bed comfortable. Plenty of space was available. access to my room was easy and i enjoyed the kitchen facilities? and outdoor space. i was lucky to get a free parking space. and the location felt very convenient.

the first impression was affected by the vestibule door pane being smashed and boarded up. it was immediately apparent. i hope this gets resolved quickly.

the studio 4 -courtyard king kitchenette was perfect. it had a nice casual kitchen area that i found handy. the room size was good and the decor was lovely, i really liked the curtained area.

The main problem was the parking situation. The advertising said free parking, but i got a text saying it was first come, first served. this added extra cost. i think future guests should know the parking isn't really part of the hotel deal. i'm sorry, but the parking situation would keep me from returning.

Check-in was straightforward. I let myself in. Text messages ensured I had everything I needed. The shower stood out. I really loved it. It was first class.

The walls seemed somewhat thin. I could hear some noises from neighboring rooms.

the room location was good for exploring (near bus routes).

i found myself exchanging messages with them frequently because of this. also, the traffic noise was noticeable. Motorcycles were audible despite the double glazing.
