compact comfort in the heart
great location clean room comfortable bed
the location was superb i walked to many attractions from the hotel. the room was very clean including communal areas. the bed was very comfortable.
the lift was not working to the first floor though it wasn't a big issue for me.

the queen room included effective climate control and soundproofing allowing restful nights. lighting options were diverse and modern. the bathroom provided ample hot water with no issues washing.

window absence constant temperature
i felt trapped and the temperature was stuck at 23c , even at night. i could not get any sleep because of the stuffy air and constant sweating , it was very frustrating.

The room I got had NO view, something I REALLY dislike. The temperature was stuck on 23c and it was too hot. I couldn't sleep well. It seemed like I was sweating the whole night! I couldn't even manage to get comfortable.

convenient location clean room complimentary cheese friendly staff
The location is convenient. i found the room very clean. the hotel provided complimentary cheese and wine upon arrival. It was a nice touch. the staff were consistently helpful and friendly.
the room i booked had no window, not ideal. the temperature felt too high, even with climate control.

i didn't experience the breakfast. the staff mentioned the hotel has cafes during check-in. i didn't get to try them .

the reception and cleaning staff were cheery. i asked for a quiet room in an email. the hotel provided a room on the third floor with a street view.
