the location was convenient. it was close to both kings cross and farringdon stations. chef venu prepared prawn masala and chicken thalasseri for us. the food was excellent (i especially liked the prawn masala!).
the room was not cleaned to a great standard on a daily basis. the lounge was stocked up at 5pm with very basic products, and when it was gone, it was gone. there was not a staff member in sight (that was a bit disappointing). it's not what i expect from a diamond elite member.

the breakfast was acceptable with a sufficient variety of choices.
The room was quite small. paint was chipping in several places. the bathroom had visible water stain marks. These issues detract from the overall impression of a well kept hotel.

The breakfast was nice.
The room's shower had a poor design. After each shower, the sink and toilet bowl area floor would get wet. The coffee machine served diluted coffee, which i found disappointing. The closet space was too small.

my recent visit included a premium double room. this room featured two double beds which were very convenient. breakfast presented a large variety of options which i found satisfying.
the restaurant service did lack sufficient staff members. this situation did cause noticeable delays. the air conditioning did not function properly which cause the room to be uncomfortably warm.
