Alex at reception was very helpful. He stored my bag since I arrived very early. He also got me into a room early after a long flight. He gave me bus directions to Oxford Street and was always cheery.
I found the room very small. There was no place to put my things other than the floor. I had to put tea, the kettle, and food on the floor when charging my phone. A mini fridge would be a nice addition too. There was an issue with mold.

the bathroom was clean and well-fitted. i found the bed to be large and quite comfortable (perfect for a short stay). this was a huge bonus for me.

the room featured a separate heater in case it was needed, a good touch considering the unpredictable weather. toiletries were of high quality, and the shower and washing facilities included very good towels. the single bed was very comfortable and the bedding was excellent.

The size of the room caused some discomfort. it was smaller than i expected. the air conditioning was also problematic. It was noisy. despite turning it off completely, noises persisted throughout the night. i expected a quieter environment.
