the breakfast buffet offered great variety , and the egg station was staffed by a very helpful chef. i found the family room to be a good size, complete with comfortable beds and super clean linens. all the staff were excellent and polite. i especially appreciated the hotel's direct access to paddington station for the heathrow express.
i noticed that the hotel is a bit overpriced for what it offers, and my upgraded room did not include a bar fridge.

The hotel's location is very convenient, directly connected to the train station. I found helpful staff throughout the hotel. Made navigating my travel plans much easier.
I found the lack of a refrigerator in the room inconvenient. I had hoped to store a few personal items that needed refrigeration.

Mahmoud at the front desk welcomed us warmly. He were really good too ensure our stay was amazing. The location of the hotel is very central, especially for travel in and out of the city from Paddington Station..
I found the pillows to be inadequate. This resulted in a terrible night's sleep .

mixed feelings about my stay
stained carpetsold curtains
The room seemed a bit outdated and tired. i found some stains on the carpet, and the curtains looked old. also, controlling the room temperature was a struggle! i couldn't adjust it properly, so it was either too hot or too cold, made my sleep uncomfortable.

The location was fantastic. Close to all transport. the staff was very helpful. even a taxi to the airport was arranged when the underground was closed early in the morning.
my expectations for a hotel were not met. the room was tired and the towels were well past their use. the room was not serviced. the duty manager was rude when i asked for information i'd been told at check-in.
