direct access clean room
i found the location very practical. direct access to paddington station was a plus (especially with luggage). the room was nice and neat.

huge range lovely staff comfortable bed extra expense mini fridge
the breakfast had a huge range of choices with lovely staff. the room i booked matched what was on the website and included a spacious, very comfortable bed plus a lovely bathroom (i really liked the design).
i found the hotel to be overpriced for what it offered in facilities. i booked an upgraded room in what was supposed to be the better tower area and it was still not worth the extra expense. it also lacked a mini fridge.

helpful chef comfortable bed super clean linen
the breakfast buffet offered great variety , and the egg station was staffed by a very helpful chef. i found the family room to be a good size, complete with comfortable beds and super clean linens. all the staff were excellent and polite. i especially appreciated the hotel's direct access to paddington station for the heathrow express.
i noticed that the hotel is a bit overpriced for what it offers, and my upgraded room did not include a bar fridge.

convenient location helpful staff
The hotel's location is very convenient, directly connected to the train station. I found helpful staff throughout the hotel. Made navigating my travel plans much easier.
I found the lack of a refrigerator in the room inconvenient. I had hoped to store a few personal items that needed refrigeration.

warm welcome central location
Mahmoud at the front desk welcomed us warmly. He were really nice too ensure our stay was amazing. The location of the hotel is very central, especially for travel in and out of the city from Paddington Station..
I found the pillows to be inadequate. This resulted in a terrible night's sleep .

mixed feelings about my stay
stained carpets old curtains
The room seemed a bit outdated and tired. i found some stains on the carpet, and the curtains looked old. also, controlling the room temperature was a struggle! i couldn't adjust it properly, so it was either too hot or too cold, made my sleep uncomfortable.

adequate stay with issues
rude manager tired room
The location was fantastic. Close to all transport. the staff was very helpful. even a taxi to the airport was arranged when the underground was closed early in the morning.
my expectations for a hotel were not met. the room was tired and the towels were well past their use. the room was not serviced. the duty manager was rude when i asked for information i'd been told at check-in.
