Excellent Stay Near the Station

I found the proximity to the Brussels-Midi station very convenient. It made my arrival and departure seamless. The staff was always available and offered friendly assistance. The room was clean and I had all necessary amenities.
The room size was quite small and I did not have a lot of space to move around.

I loved the quick access to transportation options from this location. It made travel simple. I also found the complimentary coffee and tea in the lobby a great perk. The television in my room was large, and I appreciated having that for entertainment. The staff were friendly and helpful.
The breakfast area seemed a little too small for the number of guests, so it felt crowded at times.

My room included air conditioning. It was easy to adjust. A comfortable bed and quiet atmosphere allowed restful sleep. The room was clean upon arrival. I found it very tidy.

The hotel is near the train station. It was very handy for travel. A market takes place on Sunday morning near the hotel. It allowed easy connections to various transport options including metro and tram.

the staff was friendly and helpful. i especially appreciated the luggage lockers, a super convenient feature. the hotel is also located in a very convenient and bustling area.
the air conditioning barely cooled the room , and it made a fair amount of noise. i eventually had to open the window, but the street noise and mosquitos made for a restless night.

the hotel is very close to the train station , about a ten minute walk. several shops and restaurants are nearby , and it is easy to get around the city from this location.

the staff at the reception were very helpful and polite. check-in was efficient , quick , and easy. one staff member , james , stood out for being particularly patient and helpful to all guests.

the location was good. a lot of bars and restaurants was nearby. i was able to check into my room early.
the room was small. it was almost impossible to move around the bed, so the experience was not good.
