a charming stay
convenient locationreasonable pricefriendly staff
the location was perfect, with a metro station right in front (so convenient!). parking was available at a reasonable price. i found the staff friendly and helpful. the room was spacious and comfortable, especially since i was alone in the executive triple room.
i noticed the absence of a refrigerator, though i didn't really need one as i was out most of the time.

the hotel features convenient parking options , with easy accessibility. i appreciated the proximity to the yser metro station, a short walk away. attractions were easily reachable from this ideally placed location.

the room was spacious and well-equipped. it included air conditioning, a definite bonus during my summer visit. earplugs were a thoughtful touch, especially since my room faced the street.

I found the hotel very clean. The staff were helpful with directions to local attractions. I appreciated that the hotel is close to a metro station. It made getting around the city convenient.
The pillows were a bit too square for my liking. They didn't quite provide the support I am used to.

The room was clean, and it had a modern aesthetic with Japanese design elements. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom fixtures looked new. The shower had good water pressure, it had both standard and rainfall showerheads.

missing shower doordirty bath towel
during my stay, i noted the absence of a shower door, which presented quite a problem. water splashed all over the bathroom floor during each shower. additionally, one of the bath towels provided had distinct black marks, indicating a lack of proper cleaning or replacement. this is unacceptable, and i expect better hygiene standards from establishments like this.
