The breakfast offered a good variety. I liked the coffee. The area was well-lit with natural sunlight. The hotel keeps the entrance and outside areas updated.

The reception staff was unfriendly and abrupt. I requested another pillow. This was to be unreasonable. Staff in the restaurant seemed unprofessional.

i REALLY enjoy the airport SHUTTLE it cost seven euros and did take only ten minutes from the airport. it was very convenient. i really loved all the RESTAURANTS nearby so MANY CHOICES and places to walk i had some awesome food. BREAKFAST was great it was a BIG buffet i tried lots of food.

the HOTEL IS outdated the ROOMS need WORK and look old. there wasn't enough pillows i like lots of pillows and i needed more. some of the STAFF didnt SMILE at ALL they DIDN'T seem happy i did see a bug in my ROOM to.

I liked the shuttle bus service. It went to and from the airport. It. The location was also good. There were many local restaurants nearby.

The room was HOT. The air conditioning displayed 16 degrees. I tried to call reception, but the phone was broken. That was annoying. I went downstairs to ask them to adjust the temperature, but they could not.

my room included a larger shower compared to most places i have stayed and was comfortable! the balcony offered a great view and added to my relaxation. the room had everything i needed for a short stay.

breakfast included typical italian options. bacon and eggs, i really enjoyed the variety. when the eggs ran out, it did take a while for more to be brought out. apart from that, the breakfast was ok for the price.
