useless wifi limited options
the wifi was completely useless, even after i mentioned the problem to the staff. breakfast was poor with very limited options and i found the dining room too small. the staff seemed inexperienced, i asked three times for coffee and received three eggs instead.

friendly staff clean room small breakfast room mildew shower
the staff was so lovely and friendly! they were always ready to help with any needs i had. our room was very clean and well decorated! great bathrooms, too!
the breakfast room is too small so you have to either wait or go in a room on the side. this is not so convenient. there were mostly just too many people at breakfast! the room is ok but the bathroom is old with mildew in the shower.

excellent location complimentary wine accommodating staff beautiful selection
The hotel's location was excellent and quite central. complimentary water, wine, and biscuits were a treat. the staff was very accommodating and helpful and were always smiling. breakfast offered a beautiful selection of food. I would definitely stay again.
the elevator was old and small, though it worked well enough !

the hotel is near the piazza navona, which offers easy access to sightseeing. there are also many little streets surrounding the hotel for drinks and dinner, a bonus. boutiques are nearby too.
