The location was VERY convenient. i found food, entertainment, and shopping so near. the staff was patient. They helped our big group. breakfast options were enough I think for different tastes.
The music was loud until 2 am i BELIEVE. i asked for a quiet room, but got one facing the noisy street. the window in the room was small. I could not open it.

I enjoyed the breakfast. There was a great variety of Thai and continental options. The staff were always friendly. The manager was helpful with any questions I had. The pool was great for a morning workout and swim.
My room faced the street. Loud music played until late into the night. It was difficult to sleep before 01:30hr.

the hotel had a swimming pool. it open until 10pm.
the room was not the cleanest i see. i think they need to do more deep cleaning sometime. you could see a lot of dirt in the nooks and crannies. my daughter even find a candy wrapper that wasn't ours under the bed. the room was a bit dark too, it have not the best lighting.
