Really good Stay

The suite offered nespresso machine access. I appreciated the electric kettle and mini fridge. The provided plates mugs silverware bowls and wine glasses allowed for convenient in-room dining. Bathroom amenities were thoughtfully included without request such as dental and nail care kits.
The elevator experienced a temporary malfunction requiring me to use the stairs.

The staff waited to explain everything despite my late flight. The front desk was helpful even after closing time to accommodate my arrival. All staff members I encountered were very polite and accommodating.

The elevator broke down one night. I had to climb seven floors. No apology was offered. soundproofing was poor. I could hear noise from the hallway.
