comfy bedfriendly staffexpensive pricemissing kettle
the room was lovely. the bed was super comfy. the supply of shower amenities, like shampoo and body wash, was nice. also, the staff was friendly and helpful. the rooms were spotlessly clean and organised.
i found the price per night expensive, considering the location. i also noted that the swimming pool and parking were not included in the price. there was no kettle in the room and i think the hotel is a good hotel, but i expected more than what it is with that price.

Superb Stay!

I really liked the location. It was a short bus ride to the city center! The bus stop was super close. Buying tickets at the hotel was helpful. Our room got serviced daily. We always had fresh towels. Breakfast had many options. I found something new each morning!
I thought paying extra to use the pool and spa was a little odd. Still, the stay was otherwise excellent!

The staff impressed me with their professionalism and friendliness! They assisted with our luggage after check-out and even provided an umbrella during the rain (that was amazing!). The hotel parking was available, great to enjoy our wine tasting without any worries.
The air conditioning in my room was quite loud, a bit challenging to sleep with it running throughout the night. Perhaps a quieter or updated system would improve the experience.

The staff provided clear directions to local attractions and were very helpful with any inquiries I had. Check-in was smooth and cute because of their attentive service and constant smiles. I felt genuinely cared for during my entire visit.

The breakfast included a wide selection of cheeses and meats that were delicious. There was also hot food like bacon and eggs (I ate so much!). The lady working in the breakfast room was very friendly and helpful.

The room was immaculate and well-kept. Pyjamas were folded and placed neatly on the bed each day. The room also included free water.

Excellent parking facilities were available and very convenient. The location is outside the city center, but it is still well-connected with transportation. The bus stop is nearby and provides quick access to the city center.
