great neighborhood convenient amenity nice staff
I found the hotel situated in a great neighborhood, really close to the Rijksmuseum and Van Gogh Museum. A tram runs directly from the central train station, a very convenient amenity. The staff members were very nice..
There was no air conditioning in my room, and the weather was a bit rough. It made feeling comfortable at night a challenge.

the staff was helpful, addressing most of my needs quickly.
My room felt quite small (i stayed in a 'small double room'). the lack of air conditioning was noticeable. The room became uncomfortably warm, especially during the day.

the breakfast was wonderful. the staff were friendly. as a canadian, i thought they did a great job overall! housekeeping kept my room very clean.

warm welcome convenient location luggage holding lovely breakfast
kim at reception was a star. she greeted me warmly, answered questions patiently, and. i could easily walk to the van gogh museum, it was so convenient! i also appreciated them holding my bags before check-in, such a lifesaver. the breakfast was also lovely, a real treat.
the small double room lacked a mini fridge, a minor inconvenience.

The hotel had a lift that i really appreciated, especially with luggage. It made getting to my room easier. a very usable tram stop was only a two-minute walk away, offering quick routes to central locations. That helped so much. the airport bus stop was also close by, which i found very convenient. access was really easy!

the staff was friendly and helpful with recommendations for meals and places. our room was comfortable and the bed felt good. there was an elevator available making it easy to carry suitcases to the top floor.
there was no air conditioning in the room. the weather was hot and this made it uncomfortable. i was told i could not sit in the lobby because the area was closed even though no one else was there.
