the breakfast was wonderful. the staff were friendly. as a canadian, i thought they did a great job overall! housekeeping kept my room very clean.
There was no ac in my room. The weather was rough, and this made nighttime uncomfortable.

kim at reception was a star. she greeted me warmly, answered questions patiently, and. i could easily walk to the van gogh museum, it was so convenient! i also appreciated them holding my bags before check-in, such a lifesaver. the breakfast was also lovely, a real treat.
the small double room lacked a mini fridge, a minor inconvenience.

It made getting to my room easier. a very usable tram stop was only a two-minute walk away, offering quick routes to central locations. That helped so much. the airport bus stop was also close by, which i found very convenient. access was really easy!

My room faced the back, so it remained quiet at all times. This was perfect for getting a good night's sleep. the air conditioning worked well. I loved that it was clean! a great stay.

the hotel is ideally located in the museum quarter. it took only three minutes to walk to the van gogh museum. the rijksmuseum was just a five-minute walk. many good restaurants are within an easy walking distance. museums are really close!

the staff was friendly and helpful with recommendations for meals and places. our room was comfortable and the bed felt good.
there was no air conditioning in the room. the weather was hot and this made it uncomfortable. i was told i could not sit in the lobby because the area was closed even though no one else was there.
