The location was excellent with quick access to several stations. i had a japanese-style room on the 22nd floor. It had an very nice view. the room was very clean with everything i needed at hand. They are a huge plus.
I found that the wifi was very spotty. I had to turn it off on my phone to use it. the hotel has two restaurants and a lounge, but they closed very early. it would have been nice to get a drink there in the evening.

The staff arranged a luggage transfer. This service was very helpful. the reception was excellent. I felt very welcome. the staff was helpful and attentive. They promptly addressed my needs.

The hotel is close to several subway lines. This made it easy to get around. the hotel is near nagatacho station which was very handy. there is a family mart directly opposite the hotel. This is convenient.

Breakfast offered a combination of japanese and european options. I found something i liked. I never waited long. an ice machine was available on each floor. This was very useful.

The room was on an upper level. This allowed for a great view, i could see mount fuji. the beds were comfy. I had a good night's sleep. there were plenty of toiletries available. This was very convenient.

The staff were efficient and very helpful. they were able to communicate in english, which i really appreciated. breakfast had a good spread of both western and japanese foods. the hotel was close to the palace grounds. It was one of the few green spaces in the area!!!
I booked a non-smoking room, but i could smell cigarette odors. the window was completely sealed, and the air felt stuffy. It irritated my throat. i suspect they swap non-smoking and smoking rooms. the tv system was very old.
