The breakfast tasted great. They provide organic green tea. A communal laundry area is available,. The staff was polite.
The walls are thin. I could hear noises from the hallway.

the onsen was available daily and this was acceptable.
the room was small, even for one person. it felt claustrophobic after a long day exploring. also, the shared bathroom wasn't ideal, i had to wait a while one morning.

This place exceeded my expectations! the location is fantastic. It's super close to the metro. the common room is beautiful and offers an atmospheric space for enjoying food and drinks. I loved relaxing there after exploring. the staff was really kind.
The stairs were a little dark. Navigating them required extra caution, especially with luggage. it's a small detail, but better lighting would improve the experience.

The onsen provided an excellent introduction to japanese bathing culture. I really enjoyed the experience. the hot tub on the top floor offered a relaxing space. I loved unwinding after a long day of sightseeing with free jacuzzi use.
