The room had a nice sofa to view from and the view was great. Staff members were helpful, and they were there when needed. Luggage storage before and after checkout was available for all guests. I found the location to be convenient for accessing different areas.

The hotel's proximity to both the JR and metro stations was a blessing, simplifying my journeys around the city. I also appreciated the convenience of having numerous restaurants and shops nearby. The laundry room and microwave in the lobby were useful. The indian restaurant downstairs had a delicious and affordable buffet breakfast.
The pillows did not offer enough support, causing some discomfort during sleep

The train station closeness was quite convenient. I found Lawson, 7-Eleven, and supermarkets nearby. The deep bathtub and powerful shower were great. Sleeping gowns, toothbrushes, razors, and lotions were provided.
There was no stair access available.

The hotel is near the train station. It has many restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The automated check in was interesting. The steam cleaner in the room was great.
I had to wait many times for another one to arrive. There was no stair access as an alternative. The beds were hard

The location made it easy to access train stations and nearby conveniences stores like Lawson.
The room I received felt cramped. There was little space to open my luggage. I was disappointed by the lack of communal areas such as dining rooms, difficult to meet with travel companions. These shortcomings.
