fantastic stay
friendly staff immaculate room comfy bed
the staff was friendly and helpful, even printing train tickets for us. i used the pc in reception to book my train journey. the room was immaculate with a comfy bed. i especially enjoyed drinks on the rooftop terrace in the sunshine.
the hotel could improve the clarity of pricing at the rooftop bar .

breakfast included many choices, with cappuccinos available upon request (a great way to start the day!). the rooftop terrace is a nice spot to have a drink.

the front desk staff was beyond helpful and warm, recommending places to eat and offering guidance. the staff took time to answer all my questions, assisting with getting the most out of the visit.

the room had towels and lotions, along with shampoo and other toiletries, it provided all essentials. the hotel is well-isolated, ensuring a quiet environment by blocking outside noise when the windows are closed.

Wonderful Moments in the Heart of the City
comfortable room immaculate cleanliness bathroom shower delicious tomatoes
The staff greeted us warmly each day, both at breakfast and at reception. The room was comfortable and always looked super fresh. I found the bathroom shower superb , it was a rainfall shower. The breakfast quality rivaled any hotel I have experienced, with delicious scrambled eggs and herby tomatoes.
The elevator felt small , it could only accommodate a few people at a time.

great location excellent recommendation rude person misleading information
the location was fantastic (very walkable!). i easily accessed the main sites from there. the staff provided excellent dinner recommendations.
the checkout person seemed rude. she cut my husband off mid-sentence (how disrespectful!). she also gave him misleading information about the checkout time by email.
