the room was rather small. i struggled to open my suitcase without hitting something, it was not ideal. also, the tv was a bit archaic. it lacked basic apps like youtube. really?

The hotel's decor struck me as both beautiful and convenient for city exploration. i found the closeness to trams allowed easy access into the town center. the staff impressed me as particularly lovely and helpful. a welcome ice cream was like a really nice touch upon arrival. It made the check-in even more special.

the hotel is within a few minutes walk to domodossola metro station giving convenient access to destinations such as the duomo station. it is easy to use public transport like a local from this location which i appreciated. the surrounding area offers good restaurants without heavy tourist presence.

i found the staff friendly and always ready to assist with requests. the reception was helpful with questions and provided solutions promptly. hotel umbrellas were available which was a thoughtful bonus during unexpected rain showers. customer service was definitely a highlight.

the rooms are designed greatly with a thoughtful layout making the most of the space. cleanliness was perfect. a large bed provided ample space for rest and i enjoyed the daily housekeeping services that kept the room pristine. i felt charmed by the care.

breakfast included a great array of food with fresh options. the dining restaurant had a cosy atmosphere and provided very delicious meals. i noticed that the breakfast was amazing and i appreciated a lot of fresh fruits and vegetables provided at breakfast.

mixed feelings about my stay
delicious breakfastdated roomnon-functional shower
the breakfast was delicious and offered a large variety of options.
the room felt quite dated. the shower did not function very well and the first night passed without working air conditioning. fresh water bottles daily would have been welcome, instead of just the initial two.

the interior design of the hotel was pleasing to the eye.
They insisted i pay a deposit of €50 per night. other customers were not asked to pay a deposit. the room was really small. I could not open my luggage freely without bumping into things.
